We provide AI-powered digital marketing services, including performance marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, growth consulting, and related digital products. Specific services, deliverables, fees, and timelines will be set out in a separate agreement or statement of work where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron AI Labs and its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
